 ACUHO-I Online Privacy Policy

The ACUHO-I website and related Internet service or system portals, accessible via, is a service provided by the Association of College and University Housing Officers - International. ACUHO-I recognizes the importance of privacy to website visitors. This privacy notice applies only to and approved/affiliated web service providers.


What information does ACUHO-I collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

How does ACUHO-I protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of secure servers. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

ACUHO-I requires all of its employees and contractors to respect privacy and protect personally identifiable information regardless of the form and system in which it is kept.
