She possesses a bachelor’s degree (PA) from University of Botswana, a master’s Degree (MBM) from University of Ballarat, Australia, A post graduate certificate in Higher Education Management from Wits, South Africa and trained with the Acuho-I National Housing Training Institute (NHTI) both for basic class in Georgia, USA and level at OFS, South Africa. She also completed a work attachment in Student Affairs at the University of Missouri, Columbia, USA in 2014. Currently she is a Ph.D. student in Higher Education at Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, USA. She is an Executive Board member of Acuho-I sac (Southern Africa), in the role of African Affiliations Officer & oversees the Listening, Living & Learning Standing Committee. She is an Acuho-i Global Ambassador, an initiative meant to enhance global networks.
Her achievements have mainly been in student development particularly in revamping student engagement, establishment of the Living & Learning Community (LLC) program at UB and influential in the establishment of the LLC colloquium, now part of Acuho-i-sac calendar. She is passionate about student development.
Areas of further interest: support to minoritized students, diversity initiatives in learning communities & learning support for commuter students.
